AI Interview

The AI Interview stage runs a guided spoken interview and generates a structured evaluation report you can use during hiring decisions.

Candidate experience

1. Candidate joins the interview stage from the assessment flow.
2. The system asks role-relevant questions one at a time.
3. Candidate responds using microphone input.
4. After all questions, the interview is scored and summarized.

What you receive

After completion, ALOT generates:

• Overall score for quick comparison across candidates.
• Skill breakdown across selected competencies.
• Strength highlights and improvement areas.
• Interview summary for hiring panel review.

Configuring an AI Interview stage

1. Add an AI Interview stage when building your assessment.
2. Set the target role and key skills you want evaluated.
3. Choose interview difficulty and number of questions.
4. Publish and invite candidates.

Proctoring

During the interview and other stages, ALOT tracks key integrity signals (such as repeated tab switching). Review these signals in the candidate session details.
