Billing and Paystack
ALOT uses Paystack to securely process subscription payments. You do not need to configure API keys or developer settings to manage billing from your dashboard.
Upgrade to a paid plan
- Open Dashboard → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Complete checkout on Paystack
- Return to ALOT and confirm your plan status is updated
Manage your subscription
- Open Billing to view your current plan and renewal status
- Use Manage on Paystack to update payment methods or view receipts
- Use Cancel Plan to stop renewal at the end of your current billing period
Payment states you may see
- Active: Subscription is in good standing and paid features are available.
- Pending: Payment confirmation is in progress.
- Past Due: Payment failed and may require updating your payment method.
- Cancelled: Renewal is disabled; features continue until period end.
Troubleshooting
- If your plan does not update after payment, refresh the billing page after a few minutes.
- If a charge failed, update your card details in Paystack and retry from the billing page.
- If issues continue, contact support through the contact page.
